There is one thing that has impressed me immensely about WebHostingPad, which is their great customer support. Before I sign up with them, I had a few queries and a few concerns seeing that their price was relatively much lower than the other similar web hosting companies. The support staff was extremely professional and answered all my questions to satisfaction. The response time was also very low, however I was thinking that this may only be a baiting technique and once I sign up with them, they will not provide prompt customer support. However, all my concerns have proved to be wrong now that I have been hosting my site with them for the last one year without any problems. No matter whether I contact them by e-mail or live chat, the support is prompt and very professional. There has only been one one instance so far that my site has seen a downtime.
