Highly disappointed with their service

After seeing their list of features and a handsome number of positive reviews for this company, I decided to sign up with them. What a terrible mistake I made! On the face of it, they looked pretty good and it seems like you're getting a good value for your money. However, after using their service for some time, I have experienced plenty of issues such as slowing down of their e-mail servers, problems with the configuration of scripts etc. To make matters worse, their support staff is not properly trained. I have seen their unprofessional attitude myself on a number of occasions, because of which my sites suffered a lot. Sometimes it would take days or even weeks to get the issue resolved. So in my opinion, if this company had invested more in the actual service than in their marketing endeavors, it would've been much better for them as well as their customers. Would definitely advise to stay clear of them.
