Startlogic technical support is not good at all

I had a good impression of the technical support of Startlogic as long as I was using the live chat support option. However, over the course of time, I have found that the support staff is not that quick in responding to queries and also not that knowledgeable as I initially thought. I recommended Startlogic to one of my friends and have been regretting that decision since then. We had to call them multiple times because of some issues with my friend's site domain name. And they would ask us to email someone else every single time. The issue finally got resolved after 8-10 calls, but what an agony it was! As far as the severs are concerned, I am quite happy with the speed and response time. But it is technical support that sets a company apart from other. And in that area, Startlogic seems to be a failure.
