I rented a virtual private server with EasyCGI in the fall of 2010. Soon after signing up with them, I started realizing my mistake. My VPS was not functioning properly, so I felt the need to contact them. The first hurdle that I had to cross was the answering machine, no real person would even bother to pick up the phone. After many attempts, I was finally able to talk to someone who asked me to send the details of the problem via e-mail. I did exactly that, and the problem was fixed for a very short time, however it continued to persist for at least 10 days after that. What a lousy customer support I would say, stay away from them!

EasyCGI has taken the pressure off my nerves of having to worry about my web hosting. I have a couple of websites that all need the ASP.net technology from Microsoft, due to which I am restricted to hosting my sites with a Windows web hosting company. The best thing that I have loved about EasyCGI is that they do what they say. This keeps increasing my confidence in them and I'm so happy that I chose them.
